Shipping

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® store items are shipped via FedEx & USPS. Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and ZIP code.

Orders usually ship within 48 hours.

Our regular business hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST Monday – Friday.

We will send you a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

International Shipping – Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

NOTE: All payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted through the support widget in the lower left hand corner of www.BongoUS.com, or via phone (203-683-4894).

Please note: Due to U.S. economic embargoes or restrictions, we may be unable to ship to some countries. In the event we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. Orders shipping to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, as well as delivery delays due to required customs clearance procedures.

Returns/Exchanges

You can return unused merchandise (returned in original condition sold) for a replacement item of equal value within 30 days of delivery. Your debit/credit card will be credited back for the price of the merchandise only.

To return an item for refund:

  1. Call us at 1-855-880-0881 or email us at twomensupport@sigler.com to request a return number.
  2. Make a copy of the packing slip and highlight the item you wish to return.
  3. Send us the unwashed, unworn item you want to return along with a copy of your packing slip to the address below.

Exchanges

You can exchange unused merchandise (returned in original condition sold) for a replacement item of equal value within 30 days of delivery. Your debit/credit card will be credited back for the price of the merchandise only. Should a replacement item be of greater value than your original order, a customer care representative will contact you for your payment info.

To exchange an item:

  1. Call us at 1-855-880-0881 or email us to request an exchange number.
  2. Make a copy of the packing slip and highlight the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Make a note of the different, size, color or garment you would like to receive. If the new item's price is higher, please include a form of payment for the correct amount.
  4. Send us the unwashed, unworn item you want to return along with a copy of your packing slip to the address below.
