Q. Will my order be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?
A. We are currently accepting and processing orders with minimal interruption to our fulfillment workflow. However, there may be delays on some orders due to certain suppliers being required to close due to the guidelines put in place at a local or federal level.
If an item on your order becomes temporarily unavailable, a member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you to discuss how to best move forward with your order.
Please note that this is a rapidly changing situation and we are carefully monitoring our supply chain for any closures that may affect our ability to fill orders. Sigler is also following recommendations from the CDC and WHO to implement policies to protect the health and safety of our team members.
We will update this FAQ entry with any updates as the situation evolves. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Q. How is COVID-19 affecting shipping?
A. Due to ongoing and fluctuating service restrictions at the ISU EDC, the shipping selections for pickup and/or delivery may experience delays or be unavailable as we are taking extra care in our distribution center during this time.
Q. What are your shipping costs?
A. Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and ZIP code. Items can also be delivered locally to the Extension Store’s Distribution Center for pick-up or routed campus delivery free of charge.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders are produced at Sigler’s in-house production facility and shipped via domestic FedEx within 7-10 business days of receipt. Production time does not include time to arrive to the user destination. Our regular business hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CST Monday–Friday.
Q. How do I know when my order has shipped or arrived at the Extension Store’s Distribution Center?
A. Sigler will send you a confirmation email when your order has shipped or been delivered to the Extension Store’s Distribution Center.
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for completed orders unless defective.
Q. Are orders secure?
A. ISU Extension apparel orders are safe, thanks to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protecting all transaction data. We will also never sell, rent or use your personal information for any reason other than to complete your order.
Q. Will my credit card be charged immediately?
A. No, your credit card will be charged as soon as your order has shipped. Please note: your debit or credit card charge will be listed as "SIGLER COMPANIES" on your statement.
Q. Can I change or cancel an order?
A. Possibly. Contact customer service via email as soon as possible to avoid being charged.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Q. Will there be taxes charged?
A. Online purchases are subject to applicable sales taxes. The sales tax for the order is based on state and local tax rates as well as the shipping and/or service location of the order.
Q. Do you have a size chart?
A. Yes, size charts are available on individual product pages.
Q. I am interested in an item that is not currently listed on your store. Will you be adding new items?
A. New items will periodically be added in collaboration with the Extension Organizational Advancement team. Please contact Natasha Neal with questions.
Q. Is there international shipping?
A. Shipping outside of the US is not available directly on the site due to international shipping guidelines.
