Will my order be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?

We are currently accepting and processing orders with full staffing levels throughout our production facility. However, you may experience delays or products may become unavailable after your order is placed due to unpredictable supplier stock shortages.

If an item on your order becomes temporarily unavailable, a member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you to discuss how to best move forward with your order.

Please note that this is a rapidly changing situation and we are carefully monitoring our supply chain for any closures that may affect our ability to fill orders. Sigler is also following recommendations from the CDC and WHO to implement policies to protect the health and safety of our team members.

We will update this FAQ entry with any updates as the situation evolves. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and ZIP code.

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 7–10 days. Some items will require additional production time. Those items will be marked accordingly. Our regular business hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST Monday – Friday.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped.

Can I return an item?

Returns and exchanges are not available for this program.

Are orders secure?

Free Clinics of Iowa Store orders are safe, thanks to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protecting all transaction data. We will also never sell, rent or use your personal information for any reason other than to complete your order.

Are gift certificates available?

Not at this time. But watch for them in the future!

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will not be charged until after your order has shipped. Please note: Your debit or credit card charge will be listed as "SIGLER COMPANIES" on your statement.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Possibly. Contact customer service at 1-855-880-0881 (Please ask for "Free Clinics of Iowa" customer service) or via jason.minion@sigler.com as soon as possible to avoid being charged.

What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Will there be taxes charged?

Online purchases are subject to applicable sales taxes. The sales tax for the order is based on state and local tax rates as well as the shipping and/or service location of the order.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, size charts are available in the link in the footer by product code.
